While almost identical, the uninstallation process will differ slightly depending on if you're using Windows 10 or Windows 11. Scroll down to the version of Windows you're using, and follow the instructions listed there.
Do note that if you uninstall Ultra Antivirus on Windows, you will no longer benefit from the many features Ultra Antivirus provides.
How to uninstall Ultra Antivirus on Windows 10
To uninstall Ultra AV on your Windows 10 device, follow these instructions.
- Click on the Windows button and then Settings
- A new window with various settings will appear. Click on Apps
- A list of installed apps will be displayed under Apps & Features. Locate or search for UltraAV
- Click on UltraAV in the list and then click on Uninstall
- You'll be asked to verify that you want to uninstall the app. Click on Uninstall
- Follow the instructions that appear on-screen to complete the uninstallation process.
After a successful uninstallation, you'll be asked to reboot your computer to finalize the uninstallation.
UltraAV has now successfully been removed from your computer.
How to uninstall Ultra Antivirus on Windows 11
To uninstall Ultra AV on your Windows 11 device, follow these instructions.
- Click on the Windows button and then Settings
- A new window with various settings will appear. Click on Apps in the menu to the left
- Click on Installed apps
- A list of apps will be displayed. Locate or search for UltraAV
- Click on the three dots (...) next to UltraAV and select Uninstall
- You'll be asked to verify that you want to uninstall the app. Click on Uninstall.
- Follow the instructions that appear on-screen to complete the uninstallation process.
After a successful uninstallation, you'll be asked to reboot your computer to finalize the uninstallation.
UltraAV has now successfully been removed from your computer.
