If you have issues logging in to PassWatch, it's possible you're trying to log in with the wrong Master Password. Your Master Password should be unique and never be something you use to log in to anything else--including the other Ultra Secure Antivirus products.
To reset your Master Password, follow these steps.
- Open the PassWatch browser add-on or app.
- Click on I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD
- This will take you to a new page. On the new page, enter your PassWatch email address, your Recovery Key, and your new Master Password. Enter these and click on Proceed
- PassWatch will begin restoring your Passwords and encrypt them with the new Master Password. Once the process is complete, you will be presented with a Success screen. Be sure to write down your new Recovery Key and keep it somewhere safe.
You can now log in to PassWatch using your new Master Password.
