On mac, you will need to manually download and log in to Ultra Secure AV and UltraVPN.
Below, you'll find a collection of articles to get you started.
Set your Ultra Secure AV password
To log in to any of Ultra Secure AV's products, you will need to first set a password. There are two passwords you will need for Ultra Secure AV. One for PassWatch, and one for Ultra AV and UltraVPN.
Do note that you should not use the same password for PassWatch and the rest of Ultra Secure AV's products.
If you have already done this process on another device, you do not need to do it again. You can use the same password on all devices.

Setting up PassWatch on your computer
Setting up PassWatch requires three steps. The first is to activate the product itself, the second is setting up your Master Password, and the third is to install the PassWatch add-on for your browser.
Activating PassWatch
To activate PassWatch, you will first need to log in to our website. There, you will find the option to activate PassWatch under the PassWatch tab.
Do note that if you have already done this process on another device, you do not need to do it again.

Installing PassWatch
PassWatch on mac does not require a separate application to be installed, it is a separate add-on which you install directly in your browser.
The instructions on how you install it is similar, but varies slightly depending on the browser you use. Please click on the link below for the browser you use for instructions on how to get started.
Creating a Master Password
To log in to PassWatch and ensure your login credentials are stored securely, you will need to set up a password. This password should not be the same as the password you use for the other Ultra Secure AV products, it should be a unique, secure password that you do not use anywhere else.
If you have already done this process on another device, you do not need to do it again. You can use the same password on all devices.
You will be asked to set a Master Password for PassWatch when you register your account. For instructions on how to go through this process, please see the article Create a Master Password for PassWatch.
Importing your credentials into PassWatch
Finally, you will need to transfer your credentials from Kaspersky Password Manager into PassWatch. The process to do this has been broken down into multiple steps for your convenience.
- First, you will want to Export passwords from Kaspersky Password Manager. You need to do this first in order to transfer them from one application to the other.
- After exporting your credentials from Kaspersky Password Manager, you need to organize the passwords into a CSV file. This needs to be done before you can import them into PassWatch, as PassWatch will read that file to import them. If you're not sure how to do that, please read through our guide on How to organize a CSV file for import into PassWatch. To make the process as simple as possible, I strongly encourage doing it on a computer.
- Finally, you need to import your credentials into PassWatch. This can be conveniently done directly in PassWatch through the Import option, by simply selecting the file you created in the previous step. Detailed instructions on how this can be done can be found in our article How to import credentials into PassWatch.
