How can I get a refund?

If your purchase was made with us after the transition started, you can contact our support for a refund. If you decide Ultra AV is not for you during your first 30 days, we'll refund your subscription in full.

Do note that if you decide to resubscribe at a later date, we can not guarantee you'll be able to resubscribe at the low price you're currently paying as a result of the Kaspersky > Ultra Secure AV transition. That price is exclusively locked in as part of your transition from Kaspersky to us. You will also not receive the many benefits Ultra Secure AV has to offer, such as our world-class antivirus, VPN with military-grade encryption, password manager, or identity defense with identity theft insurance.

If you purchased your subscription with Kaspersky before the transition started, we are unable to issue a refund as your purchase was not made with us.
